HYDERABAD: Conditional Access Systems (CAS) company, Eastern Electronics from Taiwan and the Hyderabad-based customer management and billing solutions provider MagnaQuest Solutions have announced a strategic partnership towards providing joint solutions to pay TV solutions in India and the Asia Pacific region. The two parties are already working together on a project at Manthan Broadband Services, a leading MSO in Kolkata, India. .
The companies have completed integration of the EEC conditional access system with MagnaQuest's MQSubscribe customer care and billing solution. Both companies perceive that the India and Asia Pacific market requires high-value, high-security solutions for the pay TV markets, and the alliance would go a long way in providing such a option to the service providers. When the CAS implementation process unfolds towards a gradual rollout, several prospective service providers may wish to avail of solutions and services from this alliance states an official release..
