MUMBAI: HT Media group  has hired Gayatri Baruah as senior sales manager media marketing. Baruah was employed by DB Corp for the past six years and rose to the position of assistant general manager.

For her, it’s going back to home base as she worked at Hindustan Times for four years between 2006 ad 2010 leaving the media company as deputy manager media marketing.

In the interim period, Gayatri got exposed to television ad sales working for Sony Entertainment Television as an assistant sales manager, followed by a short stay at Star Suvarna as manager sales.
