MUMBAI: Dr Prannoy Roy promoted New Delhi Television Ltd (NDTV) has re-appointed Infosys chairman and chief mentor N R Narayana Murthy and Price Waterhouse Coopers chairman Amal Ganguli as directors of the company.
The annual general meeting was held on today and the company has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on the declaration of dividend of 20 per cent. At the AGM, the grant of additional ESOPs to the eligible employees of the company was announced.
At the same time, the company has also announced the appointment of Price Waterhouse, chartered accountants as statutory auditors of the company and Vijaya Bhaskar Menon as director was announced.
