No further postponement possible: PCB

MUMBAI: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has expressed its inability to further postpone Pakistan's tour of India, says a UNI report quoting a PCB official release.

PCB was reacting to Indian media reports that the Pakistan-India series could be postponed following the telecast rights row.

"Further deferring the tour would lead to severe loss of revenue for both Boards and dislocation in logistics for a postponed tour. Moreover, a further postponement of the tour would be difficult because Pakistan would be touring the West Indies in early May. PCB hopes that the television rights issue would be resolved expeditiously so that the tour can proceed on schedule,'' the Board has been quoted as saying in the release.
