NEW DELHI: The Delhi based Cable Network Association, an organisation of cable operators has filed a case in the Delhi High Court against the government on two counts.
The first relates to the pricing of FTA channels at Rs 72 being too low, while the second one relates to the arbitrary cancellation of the rollout of CAS in Delhi, which according to the petition, would lead to financial losses for the cable operators, according to CNA general secretary Rakesh Datta.
