• Fox Traveller launches shows for European culinary enthusiasts

    MUMBAI: Lobster Truffle Ravioli with a glass of Chardonnay, followed by flamb?ed Crepe Suzette are some of the gourmet dishes that lifestyle channel Fox Traveller will showcase through its two new shows that focus on culinary delights from Italy and France.

    The fourth season of ?David Rocco?s Dolce Vita? and ?French Food Safari? air weeknights at 9 pm.

    Maeve O Meara, along with Chef Guillaume Bhrahimi, open doors to French delicacies with ?French Food Safari?. The show will walk you through the essentials of French food - from fresh salads to classic French pastries and magnificent desserts, Meave and Guillaume will wow you with the best of French cuisine.

    Soon after the fourth season, ?David Rocco?s Dolce Vita? takes centre stage as he explores the secrets of hearty Italian cooking. In the new season, the show takes viewers to the Tuscan countryside. David and his wife Nina prepare everything from lavish Italian feasts to simple homemade recipes. The gastronomic journey includes everything from bread, pastas, pizzaz, soups and sauces.
