MUMBAI: Zee Sports and Ten Sports will telecast the 63rd Santosh Trophy LIVE and Exclusive from Nehru Stadium , Chennai from June 2, 2009. Winner Punjab, runner up Services and two losing semi finalists West Bengal and Karnataka will directly play in the quarter final league round. Twenty Seven other teams were divided into eight clusters with each cluster winner playing in the pre-quarterfinal knockout round. The four winners from the pre quarterfinal knockout round will qualify for the quarter final league round. The final will take place on 14th June.

Zee Sports and Ten Sports will telecast the fifteen matches from the quarterfinals onwards beginning June 2nd. World-class production team will produce the telecast of the 63rd edition of Santosh Trophy. Zee Sports would be using a 7 camera set up to produce the telecast package which will include preview and review shows, half time match analysis and various studio programming. The coverage will involve more cameras, more replays, new commentators and a new graphic look. Zee Sports ace anchor Mayanti Langer will present the pre-match and a post match analysis.

PIX has bagged the official television rights in India to telecast UK‘s most popular football tournament, the FA Cup.

Chelsea entered the final by defeating Arsenal 02-01 in the semi-final match; on the other hand Everton beat Manchester United with 04-02 on penalties after 0-0 draw on extra time.

The 2009 FA Cup Final is the 128th final of the world‘s oldest domestic football cup competition. The match is scheduled to be played at Wembley Stadium in London on 30 May and this is the third successive year that the stadium play host to the FA Cup finale since it was rebuilt.
