MUMBAI: The best and the most revered have been spoken for! The 71st Emmy Awards Nominations have just been announced. New faces and a fresh group of shows were prominently recognized in the nominations, together with acclaimed, veteran television programs. Game of Thrones secured 32 nominations, the most for any program in a single season. Over its eight-season run, the series has received a total of 161 nominations. Highest rated series Chernobyl received 19 nominations, while Barry and Fosse/ Verdon both received 17 nominations. Escape at Dannemora leads the race in limited series with 12 nominations.
