Adlabs board approves preferential allotment of equity shares

 

MUMBAI: Adlabs Films' board, which met on Tuesday, has approved the allotment of equity shares of face value Rs 5 each at a premium of Rs 145 per share issued on preferential basis.
 
The aggregated allotment is 14 per cent of the total post issue paid up equity share capital of the company for a total consideration of Rs 525 million.
 
 
 

Bear, Steams & Co and Arisaig Fund (India) were allotted 17,50,000 equity shares each.
