MUMBAI: Action continues at India TV, which has created a new portfolio of marketing manger and has named Vibha Chopra to the position.
Chopra, who has been associated with TAM Media Research, Delhi, will report to the newly appointed CEO - Chintamani Rao.
Rao, who has already assumed his new role at India TV, confirmed the development to indiantelevision.com and adds, "Vibha comes to us from TAM and has a background in audience measurement and analysis. Her appointment is the first key move in building our marketing strength."
India TV, from hereon, plans to actively strengthen it brand image and increase its penetration in the news market with two news channels in the pipeline.
