MUMBAI: Monsoon showers, movies and tea - talk about bliss. This monsoon, HBO has lined up some good movies for its viewer. While the "Big One" for May, Men In Black II, will premier on 30 May at 8 pm, the channel will also be airing Red Dragon, Murder By Numbers, Star Trek: Nemesis and I am Sam.
Starring Anthony Hopkins, Edward Norton, Ralph Fiennes, Harvey Keitel, Emily Watson, and Mary-Louise Parker, Red Dragon, is a story of an ex-FBI agent Will Graham who decides to come out of retirement when a series of particularly grisly murders perpetrated by a serial killer known as The Tooth Fairy requires his expertise.
The next blockbuster on the list is also a thriller. Starring Sandra Bullock, Ben Chaplin, Ryan Gosling, and Michael Pitt, Murder By Numbers is about two high schoolers who put their lethal minds together to commit the century's perfect murder.
Following that is Patrick Stewart, LeVar Burton, Brent Spiner, Jonathan Frakes starrer Star Trek: Nemesis. An off shoot of the famous Star Trek series.
Last on the list is critically acclaimed I Am Sam, starrring Sean Penn, and Michelle Pfeiffer.
A mentally-challenged Sam has to face the possibility of losing custody of his young daughter, unless he can prove that he is capable of taking care of her.
