MUMBAI: Kerala's Film Critic Television awards for 2004 are announced. Serial Avicharitam, aired on Asianet, won five awards, including the best serial, director, actress, screenplay and videographer.
Asianet VP programming R Sreekandan Nair won the T N Gopinathan Memorial Gold Medal for his contributions to television field.
While Ravi Vallathol collected best actor award for his performance in American dreams, Archana's performance in Avicharitham won her the best actress award.
Avicharitam director K K Rajeev was adjudged as the best director, while its script writer duo Boby-Sanjay was nominated as the best script writer. The seruial's videographer S Vaidi won the best videographer awards. Another Asianet show Megham won the most popular serial award.
The awards ceremony is scheduled for April last week.
