MUMBAI: National Television (NTV), Bangladesh, has become the first broadcaster in Bangladesh to acquire real-time graphics content creation and automation solution - isle'wiz - for its satellite television channel, slated to go on air in April this year.
isle'wiz has particular appeal to broadcasters for its efficient and newsroom friendly workflow, claims an official release from Beehive Systems. This has helped isle'wiz become the first choice of NTV for its new channel focusing on primarily on news and current affairs, says Ajay Pal Singh, Vice President, Beehive Systems.
isle'wiz automates the graphics workflow in newsroom environment allowing journalists to create daily use live graphics right from their desktops, without any programming knowledge. The smoothened workflow improves the efficiency levels of both - journalists and graphic designers by enabling them to concentrate on their respective areas of work.
NTV's aim is to be the first channel in the region delivering graphics rich broadcast content with fast and high quality real-time graphics. NTV will use the isle'wiz software for several real-time graphics, including downstream graphics and live graphics for parts of their news programming.
