MUMBAI: UK media watchdog Ofcom has announced that the Secretary of State for Culture, Olympics, Media and Sport has approved a second term for Norman Blackwell on the Ofcom board.
 
This second 3-year term will start on 1 September 2012. 
 
Lord Blackwell joined the Ofcom Board for an initial three-year term on 1 September 2009.
