MUMBAI: One97 Communications‘ subsidiary, paytm.com (Pay Through Mobile), has launched recharges for direct-to-home (DTH) television subscribers.

Prepaid recharges can now be bought with a click of a button, thereby saving time compared to the traditional method of visiting retail shops to buy recharge coupons.
 
The recharges will be available for the customers of services such as Tata Sky, Dish TV, Airtel Digital TV, Sun Direct, Reliance Digital TV and Videocon D2H -- at no extra charges.
 

paytm.com is also planning to launch prepaid recharges through mobile applications for smartphones for BlackBerry, iPhone, Nokia and Android devices.
