MUMBAI: Taj Television has appointed Subhadip Bhattacharyya as Ten Sports executive vice president - distribution.

Bhattacharyya will report to Ten Sports chief executive officer Atul Pande.
 
Having 17 years of experience in the industry, Bhattacharyya moves in from ESPN where he was senior director. He has spent around 13 years in ESPN and in his last assignment he was responsible for their all India Digital and DTH sales along with hotels and commercial establishments as well as the trade marketing department.
 
Bhattacharyya brings with him a vast experience of sales in the cable, entertainment and FMCG industry. He is an MBA graduate in sales and marketing and has previously worked with leading companies like Bayer and Nestle.
