MUMBAI: Hungama Digital Media Entertainment and Webchutney have sweeped at the first annual WAT Awards with three awards each.
 
WAT Awards is an initiative taken by WATBlog to recognise agencies and professionals in the Indian digital space.

Hungama was awarded with Digital media agency of the year, Social media agency of the year and Mobile advertising agency of the year.

Meanwhile, Webchutney won titles in two categories: Blog of the year and Mobile advertising campaign of the year. It also won a gold medal in the Digital media campaign of the year category. 
 
In the category of Portal of the year: Web18 Software Services Ltd won a gold, while K Webamker Digital Agency bagged a silver.

Sulekha.com was named the classified site of the year, and Pinstorm won the Indian Social media community of the year award.

Wishopedia Services won gold and Fashion And You got a Silver in the Ecommerce site of the year category.

Cleartrip Travel Services was named the travel site of the Year, whereas Valuepitch went home with the Interactives IT services mobile application of the year.

In the category of digital media campaign of the year, Tribal DDB India won a silver, while Loginworks Software won the digital application of the year award.

UTV Interactive was named the Innovative product startup of the year and Ikriti New Media won the Social application of the year title.

In the Entrepreneurial category, Networkplay was honoured with the digital media entrepreneur of the year, whereas One97 Communications got the Mobile entrepreneur of the year.

The last award in the category, Young entrepreneur of the year award, was assigned to iProperty.com and Studio High Group.
