MUMBAI: In a meeting with all the major Multi System Operators (MSOs) and independent cable operators today, information and broadcasting minister Sushma Swaraj has set a deadline of 14 July to begin the rollout of conditional access systems in the country.
On the issue of the pricing of the basic tier, there is as yet no indicators from the minister except that a task force is working on it.
