MUMBAI: The 2003 International Satellite & Communications exchange (ISCe) Conference and Expo takes place from 18-21 August in Long Beach, California. ISCe is a four-day global event highlighting the latest satellite services and innovative technologies for the commercial and government industries.
The event has set itself the brief of being an invaluable resource to learn about the latest innovations and use in satellite technological across all sectors.
