BANGALORE: Four key sectors will deliberate on achieving global quality in services and profiting, from delivering world class service at the Confederation of Indian Industry's (CII) second annual meet on the service sector.
The CII Institute of Quality is hosting a National Service Sector Conclave in Bangalore on 12 and 13 September.
The conclave will include the hospitality and tourism services, healthcare services, entertainment services and ancillary services sectors to Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and IT-enabled Services (ITeS).
CII has been playing a proactive role to enhance the competitiveness of the Indian industry and prepare them to become strong players in the global markets.
According to an official press release, the programme is targeted at equipment suppliers to TV and radio, broadcasting, turnkey consultants, cable operators, manpower training institutes, software production houses, technology consultants, music studios and music companies.
The conclave on entertainment services highlights the road map to achieve world-class excellence. The conclave would also provide a platform to highlight the current and future trends, key growth areas, best practices, quantify the amount of opportunities and the vision for the industry.
