BENGALURU: Sun Network?s Telugu offering Gemini TV has announced a new format reality music show for kids ? Bol Baby Bol (3B).

The one hour weekly show, which will run through 24 episodes, will air every Saturday at 9.30 pm starting 1 September.

A change from the normal practice, 3B is a Gemini TV in-house production. Five boys and five girls handpicked by Telugu music director Koti from about 1000 entrants will form two groups. The group that is first with the buzzer will have to identify the Telugu song and sing it. The team leader of each group will select the singer of the song. A right answer wins Rs 1000 for the team.

After the first four warm up episodes which are meant to showcase the skills of the participants, elimination rounds will commence, wherein one child will be eliminated per episode. Two finalists will walk away with prize money of Rs 2.5 million each.

As is a norm in most reality shows today, celebrities will participate in the show. Besides being involved in conceiving, supervising and producing every episode, Koti will continue an active role as a judge along with Bollywod and South Indian female actor and singer Vasundhara Das. The show will be hosted by two anchors ? the male anchor being music director, singer Hemachandra and the female anchor - singer Sravana Bhargavi.

Gemini TV has roped in Vivel as the title sponsor, with Dabur Red Paste as the prize money sponsor. Fortune Sunflower Refined Oil will power the show.
