MUMBAI: Reed Midem has announced that ABC Studios? TV series Missing will debut at the television trade event Mipcom 2011?s World Premiere Television Screenings on 3 October in Cannes, France.
International buyers and media will have their first chance to screen episode one of this thriller series in the Palais des Festivals? Grand Auditorium. The screening will be followed by a Q&A with the stars and production team of the show, who will later grace the red carpet at Mipcom?s opening night party.
Missing begins when Becca Winstone, played by Judd, learns that her son Michael disappeared while studying abroad in Rome. Becca decides to take matters into her own hands and travels to Europe to track him down, revealing in a surprising turn of events to be a former ruthless CIA Agent with her own set of resources and skills, while Michael?s
kidnappers realise they?ve picked a fight with the wrong woman.

MUMBAI: Reed Midem, which organises the television trade event MipTV and Mipcom market, has announced that movie and television studio Miramax is for the first time in the company?s history exhibiting at Mipcom 2011.
In addition, it was announced that Miramax CEO Mike Lang will deliver a keynote address on 3 October 2011.
The worldwide entertainment content market takes place from 3-6 October at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France.
Lang said, ?The Miramax film library is among the most respected in the world, and we believe the movies and the brand have tremendous untapped global potential. Mipcom represents an exciting opportunity to meet and interact with global decision makers and establish meaningful partnerships.
