Mumbai: Star Pravah, the Marathi general entertainment channel from Star Network bouquet, is launching for the first time an International Travel Reality show presented by Cox & Kings.

Titled ?Aamhi Travelkar?, the show will air everyday at 10.30 am starting 4 November.

The 13 episodic series will be hosted by Marathi television actor Priya Bapat. It will feature 13 destinations across the globe presented from a traveller?s perspective.

This travel reality show was conceptualised last year when Cox & Kings launched their tours for Maharashtrians called Anand Yatra.

Customers who booked the Anand Yatra tours to domestic, European and American destinations entered a lucky draw wherein they had to choose their "dream destination" that they would like to showcase on TV. The 13 "lucky" winners visited and explored their dream destination along with Bapat.

The destinations included Heidelberg & Neushwanstein Castle in Germany; Glacier 3000, Jungrau, Gstaad & Mt Cox & Kings in Switzerland; Rome, Italy; Innsbruck, Austria; Paris, France; Amsterdam, Netherlands; Brussels, Belgium and Kashmir & Gujarat in India.

The show will have four sections beginning with Bapat introducing the winner and talking about their choice of the Dream Destination, followed by the exploration of the dream destination, showcasing its history, culture and significance.

The third section is a contest/ challenge designed around the destination which the hostess poses to the participants to create "happy memories" for them, finally ending with a few words written by the winners about their experience on a local post card.
