    MUMBAI: Invest in the stock market? Feel that your money has disappeared? Do you feel cheated? UTVi, the English Business News Channel, brings to its viewers a never before disclosure on the stock market. It unravels a unique show that hints about the existence of price manipulation and price management in the stock market. Rahul Arora, Stock Editor, UTVi speaks with experts and gives audiences a behind the scenes look at the stock market.

    UTVi, through a series of investigation had smelt a darker side of the stock market. The findings that followed included opinions views and interviews of people that indicate " not only are demand and supply deciding the price of the stock but price manipulation and price management." What is worse is that promoters, operators and bankers could be all hand-in-glove in creating this price manipulation. All this at the expense of the retail investor!

  • Adlabs cinemas roots for girl child education through a special csr initiative

    MUMBAI: As part of its corporate social responsibility initiative, Adlabs Cinemas, part of the Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group and India‘s leading entertainment conglomerate Adlabs Films, today announced a special initiative to support the cause of literacy of the girl child.

    The company has joined hands with Nanhi Kali, an NGO which supports and spreads awareness on the issue of education of the disadvantaged girl child in India. As part of the initiative, Adlabs will introduce a special food combo called the "Classroom Combo" - a certain percentage of the sales of which will be contributed to this cause of nurturing a girl child‘s education.

    Tushar Dhingra, COO - Adlabs Cinemas commented on the initiative saying, "The status of women is a key indicator of the wellbeing of our society and this is Adlabs‘ small way of lending our support to nurturing the Girl Child. We are happy to partner with Nanhi Kali in this meaningful initiative."
