'Let's Dance' Waltzes Gracefully into the Grand Finale
MUMBAI: ‘Let‘s Dance‘, Amrita TV‘s delightful dancing competition for pairs climaxes into its thunderous conclusion this coming Saturday, the 25th of October.
The Grand Finale of this sensational reality show, in which the three finalists couples will dance their hearts out for the coveted title, will be telecast live on 25th October, from 6.30pm onwards.
A novel contest for dancing pairs in the age group of 18-30, ‘Let‘s Dance‘ made its debut in June this year..
The various levels of audition were judged by an eminent panel consisting of Kala Master, the foremost dance composer in South Indian films, who has choreographed her way into the record books along with Prasanna Master, another top choreographer .
Eager aspirants who nurtured a passion for dancing queued up to stake a claim for the limited number of berths of this electrifying competition; ten dashing duos made it through the Mega Audition.
The meticulously selected series of dance types ranged from Cinematic, Western, Semi-classical, Disco, etc familiar to Keralite audiences, to exotic forms chosen from the four far flung corners of the world.
Vastly different and new emerging styles from the incredibly popular Salsa of Latin America, the Duet, creative Hip-Hop, Medley, Property Pair to the robust Tango of Argentina showcased for the first time proved to be a great hit amongst the viewers.
After 20 entertainment -packed rounds, this scintillating show is within bowing distance of its Finale.
The initial ten couples have given way to five pairs from whom the finalists have been chosen through SMS voting of the audience ; the fortunate pairs are - Ajesh & Chippy, Harsha & Akarsh, John & Sumi.
As the week dwindles into D-day on Saturday and the SMS voting lines have starting ticking , the contestants are notching up their performances in the final rounds .
And millions of viewers wait with bated breath to discover who will twirl away with the title and the generous jackpot of 10 lakhs, when the terrific three will take their measure against each other on the 25th of October, telecast live globally from 6.30 pm.
