  • Radio Mirchi appoints Vikram Ahuja as Marketing Head, Mumbai

    MUMBAI: Entertainment Network (India) Limited (ENIL) announced the appointment of Vikram Ahuja as Marketing Head in Mumbai for Radio Mirchi 98.3 FM, India‘s hottest Radio station. This move will further strengthen the marketing team in Mumbai.

    Vikram in this new role will focus on marketing initiatives that will add on to Radio Mirchi‘s brand value. He will take over the challenging responsibility of strategising and directing his team to drive in more revenues and thus increasing Radio Mirchi‘s market share.

    Vikram, a Graduate from Carnegie Mellon University, USA, is an authority in the media industry with special expertise in media and entertainment marketing. Prior to his association with Radio Mirchi in Mumbai, Vikram was involved in marketing activities in Radio Mirchi, Delhi as Marketing Head.

    With over 7 years of experience at companies such as SONY PICTURES ENTERTAINMENT (Los Angeles), FAST Search and Transfer (Los Angeles), Radio Mirchi (Chennai), FCBDRAFT-ULKA (Chennai), besides marketing his professional skills also comprise of his experience in brand management, new media, research, creative operations, business development and strategizing.

  • 'Let's Dance' Grand Finale Sashays out in Style

    MUMBAI: Ajesh Rehman and Chippy have won the Grand Finale of Amrita TV‘s dance reality show for young pairs ‘Let‘s Dance‘, held on the 25th of October.

    They danced away with the crown and the generous purse of Rs.10 lakhs in gold; John &Sumi won the second prize of Rs. 5 lakhs in gold with Akarsh & Harsha bagging the 3rd spot and 3 lakhs in gold , in a sizzling show telecast live over the world.

    The prizes were presented by Chief Guests Abbas and Samvrutha Sunil , dynamic young cine artistes , along with Prasanna Master, Young Turk of Choreographers.

  • Pledge your eyes this Diwali with BIG 92.7 FM

    MUMBAI: During this festival of lights, BIG 92.7 FM, Bangalore‘s No 1 FM station is offering a bouquet of surprises specially gift-wrapped for its listeners which includes winning BIG Bonus - both in cash and gifts every day during this Diwali.

    Apart from giving away cash and gifts on-air, the station initiated a social campaign where every listener got the opportunity to bring light into someone‘s life during this festive season.

    In association with Lion‘s International Eye Hospital, the station organised a camp for its employees and listeners to pledge their eyesight. Every listener who came forward to pledge their sight was given a certificate and a hand painted Diya.
