CNBC-TV18 presents "Marathon Managers" a 1 minute daily fitness segment, featuring different corporate personalities throughout the day. These leaders and celebrities will talk about their personal and professional lives, their secrets to a healthy lifestyle and their preparations for the upcoming marathon.
Undoubtedly, the need for a health or fitness regimen is integral to a successful corporate career. In today‘s day and age of high pressure & deadline driven work environments, intense competition and jet set lifestyles, health considerations take a back seat.
