MUMBAI: Jabong, India?s largest shopping portal for clothing, accessories and home d?cor launched an exclusive Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani (YJHD) collection at the Four Seasons Hotel in Mumbai. The collection inspired by the look and styling of the leading cast of the movie was launched by Deepika Padukone in an event managed and executed by Vibgyor Brand Services. Manu Kumar Jain, co-founder of Jabong was also present at the launch.
Jabong popular for having the trendiest clothes in every possible color, cut, brand and style for men, women and children, is a shopper?s delight. It?s new ?look? template puts together a complete style statement right from apparel to accessories, footwear and bags. The YJHD collection has 10 looks ranging from funky, quirky and sporty styles of the adventurous Bunny (Ranbir Kapoor) and elegant Naina (Deepika Padukone) of Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani.
Vibgyor planned the event to showcase how easy it is to shop for a whole new look on Jabong. After a quick video tour of the website on a gigantic TFT screen, models sashayed down the ramp in each of the 10 YJHD looks available on the portal. Leading lady, Deepika Padukone officially launched the collection and talked about her personal style statement.
Speaking at the event, Manu Kumar Jain, Co-founder, Jabong.com said "We are delighted to launch this stylish Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani collection on our website. Fashion from Bollywood movies acts as a style guide for young customers. We are taking that fashion closer to their lives." Later, he also quizzed Deepika on being a trend setter in an interesting Q&A round. Ankit Arora of Vibgyor Brand Services, the agency that managed the event said, "Conceptualizing an event for an e-portal is a challenge that we at Vibgyor took up. The idea of a unique fashion show that brings alive on stage each of the looks in the YJHD collection worked beautifully. We?re confident that India would definitely love to go crazy, shopping over the entire YJHD collection from Jabong after this launch."
