'Under the Dome' to have concurrent premiere in India and US

MUMBAI: Big CBS Love?s brand new fiction drama ?Under the Dome? will have a concurrent telecast in India with its premiere and telecast in US.

Based on a novel of the same name by award-winning author Stephen King and directed by Stephen Spielberg, Under The Dome will mark the first time ever that American fiction drama will be aired in India concurrent with its US telecast.

The show is part of the English general entertainment channel?s programming line-up for this quarter, which it will be kicking off with the launch of ?Britain?s Next Top Model? that is slated to premiere on 15 April. It will air Monday to Thursday at 9 pm.

It will also air the drama series ?Summerland? that brings together Lori Loughlin and Jesse McCartney. The quarter will also witness the launch of light-hearted British drama ?Secret Diary? tracing the life of Hannah Baxter portrayed by Billie Piper.
