MUMBAI: Its time to put on the party hats at ARY Digital. The network is celebrating four years of broadcasting in the UK today (28 September).

The Urdu channel is going to be available free to air to the non-subscribers on both Sky and Cable TV, to mark the happy occasion.

According to media reports, the channel's idea to celebrate the anniversary, is splashing out a day's worth of viewing absolutely free to non-subscribers on both Sky and Cable TV.

ARY Digital, say the reports, arrived in the UK replacing the then faltering Pakistani Channel.

In addition to that, ARY Digital is also said to make a special announcement to celebrate the channel's birthday. According to the reports, it is likely that the network will be announcing a new channel. Speculations are rife that the network is set to launch its religious channel - QTV in the UK.

ARY Digital is available free since 6 am today on EPG 812, adds the report.
